Overview
Since Titian has long passed, his pieces are now in the Creative Commons and can be freely used. I carefully selected which pieces I wanted to use on the site. The ‘Venus’ series in particular really caught my eye.
I also took the time to research the history of each painting as well as the specifications such as the year it was finished, the accession number, who or what is being depicted, the gallery it is currently displayed in, what era the painting was created in, the type of paint and oils used, and of course the dimensions.

Moodboard
The use of wire frames, SVG image files, sourced text content, color palette and a mood board was also involved in the design process. Functionality and designed changes were based off of UX research and survey results.
